How do I book MCG premium hospitality?
All match day MCG premium hospitality can be booked by contacting our corporate sales team:

When is my booking confirmed?
A confirmation email will be sent to you including a copy of your invoice.

How far in advance do I need to place my booking?
It is recommended that you place your booking as early as possible to avoid disappointment. A number of MCG premium hospitality packages sell out for popular matches throughout the season.

What is the minimum number required for a booking?

MCG Blockbuster Package
:
There is no minimum number required to book into our MCG Blockbuster Package, however our tables accommodate eight-10 people. Bookings for parties smaller than this are likely to share a table with other smaller bookings.

MCG Lounge
:
There is no minimum number required to book into our MCG Lounge package.

Executive Suite
:
A minimum of 10 guests is required.

Private Corporate Suites
:
Suites can be hired for up to 12, 16 or 18 people, subject to availability.

How do I pay for my booking?

Payment for MCG premium hospitality can be made via:
- Direct credit – details can be found on your invoice
- Credit card – a 3% surcharge applies to AMEX and Diners Club. No surcharge is applied to Visa or Mastercard.
- Cheque – made payable to Melbourne Cricket Club.

Is there a booking fee?
No – the only additional charge incurred is for payments made by AMEX or Diners Club.

When will my tickets be distributed?
Your MCG premium hospitality tickets are dispatched a couple of weeks before your game, after payment has been received. During the AFL finals series, tickets are dispatched the Monday prior to each game, following the announcement of the coming weeks match schedule.

Can I change/cancel my booking?
Please refer to the cancellation policy which is outlined in our terms and conditions.

What if my tickets are lost, stolen or do not arrive on time?
Please contact MCG corporate sales immediately on (03) 9657 5516.
The barcodes on the tickets originally issued will be cancelled and your tickets may be reissued. If you lose your tickets on the day of a match – please contact the Melbourne Cricket Club on (03) 9657 8888.

Do I or any of my guests need to be MCC members?
No, all premium hospitality areas are located outside of the MCC Members Reserve hence there is no requirement to be an MCC member to place a booking or attend an MCG premium hospitality event.

Can we sit outside to watch the match?
All MCG premium hospitality packages include behind glass in-room seating*.

*MCG premium hospitality in the Keith Miller & Tom Wills rooms during the International Cricket Season excluded.

Is there wheelchair access to the MCG premium hospitality rooms?
All MCG premium hospitality facilities are accessible by wheelchair, however please notify our corporate sales team of any guests with special requirements.

What time can we access our premium hospitality venue?
All access times and locations are printed on the event day information sheet provided with tickets.

What time will my premium hospitality package conclude?
All MCG premium hospitality packages close one hour after the conclusion of the match. Beverage service finishes 30 minutes after the match concludes and all premium hospitality venues close after a further 30 minutes.

What parking provisions are available?

MCG Blockbuster Package

Two car parks per table of eight-10.

MCG Executive Suite
Two car parks per booking of eight-10.

Private Corporate Suites

One car park per two guests.

What is the dress code?
All MCG premium hospitality packages have a strict dress code policy. Guests may be refused entry if they do not adhere to the relevant dress codes. Please view the package information page for relevant dress codes and ensure this information is passed on to all guests attending.

Is the guest speaker advised in advance?
We always endeavour to secure a guest speaker associated with one of the two participating teams and as such, guest speakers are not confirmed until a couple of days prior to the match.

Can I be refused entry?
Guests must adhere to the terms and conditions of entry into the MCG along with the specific dress code regulations associated with their premium hospitality booking. Entry may be refused if guests breach any of these requirements.

How do I get to the MCG and where is my premium hospitality venue located?

Information regarding the location of your MCG premium hospitality venue is available on the back of your entry ticket and in the event day information sheet distributed with each ticket.

Are special dietary requirements catered for?
We endeavour to accommodate all dietary requirements. As such, it is important to advise us of any dietary requirements at least one week prior to the date of your booking by contacting our corporate sales team on (03) 9657 8894.

Are children under the age of 18 permitted within MCG premium hospitality venues?
As all MCG premium hospitality packages are hosted within licensed premises, children under the age of 18 years are strongly discouraged. Please contact our corporate sales team on (03) 9657 8894 or (03) 9657 5516 should you plan to host a guest under the age of 18.
