Admittance at the MCG will not be charged in general admission areas for children under the age of six for cricket and AFL football matches.

During AFL Finals, children three and under are admitted free of charge.

Free entry for children for other events will be decided in conjunction with the event promoter.

Children under the age of two sitting in a reserved seat area must have a valid seat ticket if they are not seated on the lap of their parent or guardian.

During AFL Finals, children three and under are admitted free of charge but must sit on the lap of any their parent/guardian.

Children five and under are admitted free into the Members Reserve for all events.
