Qualifying Finals

- Friday September 9 - Geelong Cats v Hawthorn - 7.45pm 
- Saturday September 10 - Collingwood v West Coast - 2.20pm (Series Ticket match)

Elimination Final

- Sunday September 11 - Carlton v Essendon - 2.40pm
