Frequently asked questions - restricted view and standing room:
I have a standing room ticket, how early do I need to arrive at the ground so I can see the match?
It is in your best interest to arrive as early as possible to guarantee a position in the front. Public gates open at 12.00pm.
Can I bring a stool/walking stool on wheels/cushion/portable chair to sit on while I am in the standing room bay?
No, you cannot bring these items.
What will my view of the ground be like with a restricted view ticket?
It depends on where your ticket is. However, most restricted view tickets allow for a majority of the playing surface to be seen and a scoreboard.
How many other people will be in the standing room bay with me? Standing room bays vary in capacities and thus it is dependent on which bay you have a ticket for. All bays have been measured according to building codes and standards.
I have friends who also have standing room tickets. Can I stand with them?
Each standing room ticket is allocated to a specific bay. Therefore, you are only permitted to stand in the bay specified on your ticket.
If I'm at the back of a standing room bay, will I be able to see?
Standing room bays are staggered in height so people at the back are still able to have a good view of the ground.
I have a restricted view ticket, can you please advise what is causing the restriction?
The following identifies what each restriction is for each of the different bays - this only relates to specific rows and seats within the below listed bays. The restriction does not apply to the entire bay:
N54 - cameraman
N29 - corner edge of the southern stand N and P level
M28 - pillar
M56 and M57 - cameraman
Q49 - safety rail
Q28 - edge of southern stand
Q29 - safety rail
Q30 and Q31 - scoreboard
Q55 and Q56 - scoreboard
Q57 - safety rail
Q35 - safety rail
