Action from MCG Rite of Passage in 2011

Update: Friday May 24, 2013 at 4.00pm

The very popular MCG Rite of Passage event will return in 2013 on Saturday June 15 - prior to the Richmond v Adelaide Crows match - allowing hundreds of children and their parents/guardians to share in the magic of the MCG.

Now in its ninth year, the MCG Rite of Passage event was created to introduce a new generation of sporting fans to this iconic sporting arena.

MCG Rite of Passage also provides parents and guardians the chance to relive their first memories of visiting the ‘G, continuing this great Australian sporting tradition with the next legion of football fans.

Entries have now closed. All entrants will be advised of the outcome of the ballot on Thursday May 30.

WITH an internal probe being launched and the players’ wives - but not girlfriends - on their way, India’s tour of Australia is getting rather chaotic.
