The Keepers’ Collection Tour – Ashes Edition is an intimate, behind-the-scenes experience offering exclusive access to historic items from one of the world’s greatest sporting collections.
This carefully curated tour invites you to explore the stories and defining moments that have shaped the fierce cricketing rivalry between Australia and England for more than a century.
Brought to life by the Australian Sports Museum Collections team, you’ll go behind the scenes to view extraordinary memorabilia, including items from Shane Warne’s personal collection, Baggy Greens worn by Don Bradman and Betty Wilson, and the second-oldest cricket bat in existence. Learn how these treasures are acquired, cared for and preserved, and discover how they form part of this remarkable collection of more than 60,000 sporting objects housed beneath the MCG.
