The revamped and free MCG app has been designed to enhance fans’ match day experience.
Whether attending the stadium for the first time or a veteran of countless events, the MCG app has a range of features that will make patrons’ visit to the ‘G an easy one, including:
- Fan assist: direct customer service channel for use in the venue
- Latest event details
- Find my seating bay and find facilities feature
- Live car parking updates in Yarra Park
- Public transport integration
- Special match day offers and promotions.
Fans are able to personalise the app, selecting their preferred cricket and AFL teams in order to prioritise relevant content and match information.
MCC CEO Stuart Fox said the app was an extension of the club’s ongoing commitment to improve customer experiences at the MCG.
“Whether it is a member of our event staff helping you to your seat, or arranging to get a spill cleaned up via the fan assist function in the MCG app, the MCC is determined to deliver exceptional service for customers at every touch point.”
